
Cancellation and Refund Policy
By booking with me, clients agree to my terms and conditions, which helps me to provide a quality service, manage my schedule efficiently in line with my business insurance, and keep things fair for everyone. These guidelines also help minimise no-shows so I can offer a consistent and reliable service for all my clients.
My services are pre-booked and prepaid. Bookings are finalised once payment is received, which means clients can be confident their session is secured at a mutually convenient time.*
I offer flexibility to reschedule, provided I receive a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the session.
Any requested session is held until the prepayment cut-off time so clients have time to finalise. If payment is not received by the cut-off time, the session automatically returns to the live calendar for others to request.
To ensure fairness, I cannot give refunds for services once they have been completed, as clients will already have received my time and expertise.
I am unable to offer refunds for no-shows, or for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions are available for adults aged 18 and over, in line with my insurance requirements.

By consulting with me for a therapy or healing, clients accept that treatments and services received are not intended to replace conventional medical advice, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Instead, they are intended to work alongside conventional treatments as a complementary approach. No treatment guarantee can be given and it may take several sessions before clients notice any benefit. This may also depend on lifestyle, ongoing medication and general health.
Clients are responsible for supplying me with all known medical conditions, injuries and presenting issues – and any changes in health in consideration for treatment planning. Clients are responsible for informing me of any discomfort at the time of services/treatment or before and after session. In the event clients may have not, then clients understand that I am not liable in any way. It is also the clients responsibility to ensure that they reach out to their GP or other medical practitioner, or local emergency hotline if more support is needed.
I may share information that could support positive change, but any choices clients make remain their personal and legal responsibility.
All records of clients therapy or healing sessions are kept securely and strict confidentiality is maintained. Clients notes and personal data is never shared with or sold to any third party, in line with current GDPR law. It is only released to others with clients written consent – unless required by law.
All services respect client confidentiality.
*I reserve the right to cancel bookings and issue refunds at my discretion.
