
I have been offering 1-2-1 support to clients for many years, and I am particularly passionate about supporting people who care for and carry others in public service or private life. I am qualified in counselling skills; mental health first aid; coaching; mindfulness training; energy healing; and trauma risk assessment. As a result of this work and my personal experience with burnout, I have developed my own unique approach to resilience building.
I have and am currently supporting people who work in the emergency services, support workers, the NHS, as well as those with long-term illness or injury. The senior leaders I have supported include Ambassadors, senior police officers, business leaders, and public figures. I operate with the utmost discretion and enjoy creating a stress-free, safe and gentle space for my clients to take pleasure in getting to the heart of their core resilience.
| THE SENIOR LEADERS I SUPPORT ARE: Often worried they won’t be excellent any more. Worried people might notice they are slowly burning out. Not sure they can cope – but have no idea where to get help. Often told “you must look after yourself” – but they have no idea where to begin. Feeling like they are carrying a massive burden and weight of responsibility at work and possibly at home too – but can’t share this with ANYONE as they are the leader/carer/carrier. Terrified of failing and letting everyone down. At a deeper level they may question whether the sacrifices they have made over the years have been worth it? They don’t mind being depleted and worn out – but it has to BE for something. They may have lost contact with their reason why – perhaps they no longer have direct contact with the people their organisation supports and miss the tangible appreciation and feeling of value that brings. I am a friend, mentor and trainer – but most of all I am in your corner. You can confide in me as someone outside of the organisation and, in just vocalising your vulnerability you are able to start rebuilding resilience and restoring your energy from the right starting point. I am with you for the long run and will keep you in check – ensuring you spend time on yourself and holding you to account for that. Not only do I help you navigate to your own inbuilt resilience, but I provide a lot of tools that help you in turn go on to support others. |

The first session is structured to help me understand you better, and to help you articulate any areas of concern. For some people, this session is a day long experience in itself and will involve a wealth of techniques and allow you to identify areas to work on independently. Others go on to enjoy ongoing support from me via a specifically designed program, for a set period of time – usually about 30 hours of your time. This can include a variety of approaches including further talk and guided sessions, with the option of joining a group program. All sessions are confidential and carried out online or face-to-face.
